Prices
All prices are in euros (EUR) and include VAT. The prices valid at the time of placing the order apply and have no predetermined validity period. The delivery cost is €4.50.
Conclusion of the Contract
The purchase contract between the provider and the buyer is concluded as soon as the buyer places an order and receives an automatic electronic confirmation of receipt of the order. From that moment, all purchase conditions are fixed.
The provider may additionally verify the order for availability and inform the buyer of any unavailability or different delivery times.
Purchase Procedure
The buyer selects a product, adds it to the cart, enters the required billing and delivery details, and selects a payment method (cash on delivery, PayPal, or card payment via PayPal). Before completing the purchase, the buyer can review the order and its details. After completing the order, the buyer receives confirmation by e-mail.
Delivery
Delivery is carried out by Pošta Slovenije or DPD. Goods are usually delivered the next working day, but no later than 10 days after dispatch. In case of unavailability or delay, the provider immediately notifies the buyer.
Right of Withdrawal
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason. The only cost borne by the buyer upon withdrawal is the direct cost of returning the goods. The goods must be returned no later than 14 days after the notice of withdrawal. The provider refunds the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice but may withhold payment until receiving the returned goods. The buyer is responsible for any reduction in value resulting from unnecessary handling of the goods.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are perishable or have a short shelf life, or to sealed food products that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if the buyer has opened the packaging after delivery (e.g. opened teas, chocolate, etc.).
Damaged Goods
If the packaging is visibly damaged, the buyer must refuse the shipment or submit a complaint to the delivery service immediately upon receipt.
Since the Erilo.si online store mainly offers food and other perishable products, these are not covered by a warranty as defined by the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1). For such products, the buyer may assert rights regarding material defects or product non-conformity.
If the buyer receives a product that is spoiled, damaged, unsuitable, or inconsistent with the description, they must notify the seller immediately, and no later than eight (8) days after receiving the goods. The buyer may request:
- replacement of the product,
- a refund, or
- another appropriate solution in accordance with the law.
The seller will handle the complaint as soon as possible, and no later than 8 days after receiving a complete complaint, and will inform the buyer of the outcome.
For products that are not food (e.g. tools, devices, household products, etc.) and for which the manufacturer or seller explicitly provides a warranty, the warranty period stated in the warranty certificate or in the product description on the online store applies. If no specific warranty period is stated, it is understood that the warranty lasts at least 12 months from the date of purchase.
The warranty does not apply in cases of:
- improper use of the product,
- mechanical damage after receipt,
- improper handling,
- unauthorized interventions or modifications to the product.
Protection of Personal Data
The provider permanently protects all personal data in accordance with GDPR and uses them exclusively for order processing and communication. Data is not shared with unauthorized persons.
Communication and Marketing
The provider sends promotional messages only to users who have given explicit consent or did not object when placing an order. The user can unsubscribe from receiving messages at any time.
Complaints and Disputes
The provider ensures an efficient complaint-handling system. Complaints should be sent to info@erilo.eu. The provider will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within 8 days and resolve it within 30 days at the latest. In the event of an unresolved complaint, the consumer has the right to out-of-court dispute resolution through the European Online Dispute Resolution platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
These Terms and Conditions are valid from the date of publication and may be changed by the provider at any time without prior notice.
